CARLY WEBB
Psychotherapist & Founder of Vitus Wellbeing
Working with
Adolescents & Adults
Qualifications:
MSc in Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling
Training in working with adolescents, safeguarding and managing risk
As an experienced psychotherapist and counsellor, Carly has worked extensively within the public, private and corporate sectors. She's worked in the NHS, for The Priory, and now consults for HCA (consulting weekly within Google and Morgan Stanley) alongside running Vitus Wellbeing and consulting privately.
After building a successful private practice in South West London, Carly found the demand for her services far exceeded her capacity. Struggling to find other reputable and reliable therapists to refer clients on to, she chose to establish her own mental health clinic in the area. Through creating Vitus Wellbeing, Carly has pulled together an expert group of leading psychotherapists who can help meet the need for trusted, specialist mental health services in London and beyond.
With a well-established team in place, Vitus Wellbeing is supporting more of London's children, adolescents, adults, couples and families to access the specialist mental health services they need and deserve.

Carly continues to consult with adults and adolescents through Vitus Wellbeing but has limited availability for new clients. If her diary is full, she'll be pleased to match you to a specialist from her supporting team.

Carly is highly experienced in working with anxiety and depressive disorders, low self-esteem, bereavement, abuse, burn-out, bullying, relationship difficulties, health or fertility struggles, overwhelm, lack of direction or purpose and the navigation of significant life changes.
She works with ultimate discretion and is often consulting for high achievers, athletes, entrepreneurs, company executives and those in the public eye.
Her past research has focused on the use of dream analysis and interpretation in modern psychotherapy - seeking to understand the ways in which our unconscious or subconscious mind shares our underlying difficulties and puts a spotlight on issues we may be neglecting, supressing or avoiding in our conscious waking state.
Carly is passionate about increasing the support available to parents, whichever stage of life they find themselves in. She has worked extensively with those who are struggling to conceive, as well as with pregnant mothers, new parents and those raising children, teenagers or young adults in a fast-paced and an ever-evolving world. She is keen to support the whole family through the services offered at Vitus Wellbeing and wants to normalise the struggles parents face.

As such, she's brought a parent support coach to the team. While not being the 'norm' in traditional mental health clinics, Carly sees how under-supported parents are and is keen for Vitus Wellbeing to lead the way in offering a family-wide approach, not just supporting one family member.

Carly's experience in the corporate sector has also given her an intense understanding of the pressures facing London's professionals - especially those in the tech, finance and legal sectors. She is pleased to be using that knowledge to better support her clients at Vitus Wellbeing, and to offer our specialist corporate packages to London's businesses.
